The most distinctive feature of the Calathea Medallion is its striking foliage. The leaves are large, oval-shaped, and have a slightly wavy, upward curling pattern at the edges, giving them an elegant and decorative appearance. The leaf coloration is a mix of deep green and various shades of lighter green, with prominent veins that are often a different color, like pink or burgundy.

🔆 Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. A location near a bright window with filtered light is ideal.
🌡️Temperature: Maintain warm temperatures between 70°F to 80°F (21°C to 27°C) during the day and slightly cooler temperatures at night. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.
💦Humidity: High humidity levels are essential. Aim for humidity levels of 50% or higher. If the environment is dry, consider using a humidity tray or a room humidifier.
🚰 Watering: Bottom water this plant when top 2" of soil are dry to touch. Use distilled or purified water, as tap water may contain minerals that can harm the plant.
