Return Request Timeline:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date, no exceptions.

Sweatshirt Condition:

• To be eligible for a return, the sweatshirt must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, rips, tears, or other damage.

Return Shipping:

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. If issues arise during the return shipping process it is the customers responsbility to make sure the item arrives to us safely. Failure to do so will void the opportunity to return and receive a refund.

How to Initiate a Return Request:

1. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return request. You can reach us at hello@plantelavienursery.com
2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return, along with at least 3 photos of the front, back and inside of the sweatshirt.
3. Once your return request is approved by us, customer will be responsible for properly packaging the sweatshirt & buying proper shipping label and packaging to make sure the item arrives in the same shape it was sent to the customer.

Return Processing:

• Once we receive the returned sweatshirt and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your return. You can expect a refund for the purchase price to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchanges:

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your sweatshirt for a different size or color, you can follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
