The Philodendron Ring of Fire features large, heart-shaped leaves with a unique coloration. The new leaves emerge in shades of bright orange or red and gradually transition to a deep green as they mature. The foliage has a glossy texture, and the contrasting colors create a visually stunning display. This Philodendron variety has a climbing habit, and as it grows, it may benefit from support or trained on a moss pole.

    Care Guide

    Plant Care:

    Philodendron Ring of Fire, Central & South America.

    🔆 Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves. A location near a bright window with filtered light is ideal. 

    🌡️Temperature: Maintain warm temperatures between 70°F to 80°F (21°C to 27°C) during the day and slightly cooler temperatures at night. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.

    💦Humidity: High humidity levels are essential. Aim for humidity levels of 50% or higher. If the environment is dry, consider using a humidity tray or a room humidifier.

    🚰 Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. Use distilled or purified water, as tap water may contain minerals that can harm the plant. 

    🐾 Pet Friendly: No! Keep out of reach of pets!

    Shipping Assurance

    One (1) Shipping Assurance (SA) covers up to six (6) plants for any single shipping week (Sunday through Saturday). Shipping Assurance must be purchased no later than Saturday at midnight of the week you place the order for it to be combined with the plants you purchased in that week. SA is non-refundable. Add this to your order if you are worried about your plants traveling through cold/hot weather conditions!

    We strongly recommend adding SA if you ordered Rare Plants, or if your local area is experiencing HIGH temperatures or temperatures below 55 degrees Fahrenheit in your location.


    Damaged plants will NOT be replaced if damage is deemed a result of cold/HOT temperatures and SA was not purchased.

    When you add SA to your order, we’ll personally take EXTRA & ALL necessary precautions to ensure that your plants arrive safely. This includes, but not limited to, using heat packs, special packing procedures, shipping on specific days. If, in the rare event, your plant doesn’t arrive safely and SA was purchased, please submit MULTIPLE photos of your full plant, specific damage, and the packing slip from inside the box.

    **We have packed and shipped plants throughout the country for years now and determined that adding SA is a necessary step that must be added to an order, in order to cover the additional costs of labor & supplies.**

    We do hope you understand and appreciate our dedication to providing our customers with exceptional plants and outstanding customer service.

    ***Remember, even though your area may be slightly above our recommended temperatures it is likely that your package from Texas will go through states or areas that have lower temperatures. As such, if damage is deemed due to cold temperatures & SA was not purchased, the plants will not be replaced. However, one of our amazing representatives are certainly happy to assist you in helping the plant return to its former beauty and health.

    We Ship out all packages with an estimated 4-Day delivery timeline. This includes the following states: CA, ID, IA, MT, NV, NM, ND, OR, SD, UT, WA.


    We Ship out all packages with an estimated 3-Day delivery timeline. This includes the following states: CO, CT, DE, IL, IN, ME, MA, MI, MN, MD, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WI, WY.


    We Ship out all packages with an estimated 2-Day delivery timeline. This includes the following states: KY, LA, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VA, WV, TN.

    (**Please note: All ground shipping delivery timelines listed below are estimates, not guarantees. Inclement weather can delay delivery timelines along with the speed/rate at which the carriers route/deliver the package.**) 

    Damage Policy

    All live plant sales are final. 



    Due to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept refund requests, changes or cancellations 24 hours after an order is placed. Should you place an order and need to make a change simply connect with our team within 24 hours of placing the order and we will see if we are able to assist. Once your order enters the fulfillment stage we are not able to change anything. 


    We take great care in making sure our packaging keeps your plant secure and safe. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of how the delivery agents handle the package during transit which is completely out of our control. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests due to cosmetic damage (I.e- Ripped, bent or yellowing leaves).

    Shipping Insurance:

    **If you live in a state that is currently experiencing hotter or colder weather we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR YOUR PLANT. By purchasing Shipping Insurance it will ensure a full replacement or refund of the plant if it was damaged due to poor package handling by delivery agents or weather related damage. If you choose to not purchase the Shipping Insurance you are risking the chance of replacement.

    (*Delays do not fall under this coverage*).

    Arrival Of Destination:

    In the rare occasion your plant arrives in a condition that is irreversible please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

    If you had purchased the Shipping Insurance, we will either offer you a store credit for the amount of the plant or send out a replacement plant (pending it is still in stock). We will review each request on a case by case basis and make the decision based off of that.

    Customer Guidelines for Submitting a Request:

    Email us at with the Order # and the name of the plants that are damaged.

    Provide us with clearly visible video and multiple photos of both the outer box packaging, along with the damaged plant. The more photos the better.

    Lastly, we kindly ask that customers do not make changes or alterations to the plant (i.e- repotting out of nursery pot)  prior to contacting our support team. 


    Failure to contact us within the 24 hour window, provide proof of the issue with photo evidence, or alter the plant will void store credit/replacement opportunity.
